Description |
Your main responsibilities :
Write and publish job ads on various platforms based on managers’ needs which will allow you to have a good understanding of the different jobs (technology, engineering, business, marketing, customer service…),
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, from job ad to the hiring stage, following the selection interview.
You are a true leader and can guarantee a perfect candidate experience.
Develop sourcing skills with help from our Talent Acquisition Manager, to ensure that Netatmo finds candidates whose skills and values match perfectly with the various departments’ needs and Netatmo’s culture.
Enrich and improve our recruitment process and our communication with candidates and partner schools, regardless of the means.

Responsabilités |
As a member of the HR team composed of 4 people, you will contribute to the search for the best talent (trainees/apprentices…) to join the Netatmo adventure.
You will report to our Talent Acquisition manager and will represent Netatmo at partner schools as you promote our brand to students.
Your main goal is to ensure that they have a great candidate experience!

Pré-requis nécessaires |
Currently in your 4th or 5th year, you are seeking an apprenticeship specialized in HR management.
You have acquired a first experience in recruitment and wish to keep working in this field.
Open minded, you have great interpersonal skills and a strong sense of duty.
Speaking English does not scare you.
Known for your commitment and enthusiasm; you like to explore different methods to build a great relationship with candidates, as you are very proactive.
Desired apprenticeship pace: 4 days working /1 day at school OR 3 weeks working / 1 week at school OR 7 days working / 3 days at school.
