| Description |
We are looking for sales order assistant to join our sales administration team of 3 people.
Your main responsabilities will be :
Manage product returns from our clients in France and abroad ( Leroy Merlin, Castorama, FNAC, …)
Rethink and change our product return procedure in order to make it more eficient
Put in place a cross docking process with Legrand group
Support the team with various administrative tasks

| Pré-requis nécessaires |
Currently studying to have a bachelor degree in sales or administration (bac+3 maximum), you are looking for a 12 months apprenticeship.
You are very well organised, proactive and resourceful.
You have a good team spirit and customer satisfaction is important to you.
You have a good knowledge of excel and your analytical skills make it easy for you to look for and find solutions.
